With many people losing jobs, cars, houses,
and the tightening of our belts, 2009 was a hard year for some
of us. But 2010 is a new year. Please don't proclaim
it will be the same as last year. It is a start of a new
opportunity. Maybe you did not choose some of the events
that happened to you in the last year, but you can decide to
make this a better year.
Setting Goals
I know. Sounds so clich� and boring.
But this is an important process. You only get one
lifetime, and only one 2010. Setting some goals for your
life and your family, can be the most important step you'll ever
take. When goals stretch you but are realistic, and have a
plan of action tied to them, you may be surprised at how much
progress you can make in the period of time you have designated.
You must work the process to reclaim what you felt you have
lost.
Self-enrichment and Education
When is the last time you picked up a
non-fiction book? How many books have you committed to
read this year?
Have you considered going back to school and
gaining some knowledge through courses? Perhaps this is
